A famous, though small eatery in one of the most bustling areas of Kolkata, Anadi Cabin at S N Banerjee Road, is known for serving a wide variety of Mughlai paranthas. A Mughlai parantha is a traditional specialty, made with flour. The dough is rolled into a thin layer and stuffed with a delicately flavored minced meat filling and a raw egg is beaten into the stuffing. The ends are then sealed and the parantha is fried on an iron tawa in generous amounts of oil.
