Bhajji Cart in Kormangala is one among those Simple Bhajji (or Fritters) carts and stands that are popular across Bangalore. Most of them serve a variety of Bhajjis from Aloo Bonda (potato balls dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried) to Mirchi Bhajji (Green Chilli fritters) to Mixed Bhajjis (mixed vegetables). All these are freshly fried and served hot off the kadai along with a green or red chutney. The crowds at the cart are testimony to the great taste and freshness.

Special Information

  • Made with fresh oil everyday at around 5:30 PM, these Bhajjis are really crisp and inviting.
  • The most important criteria is to check the freshness of the oil. Many bhajji cart owners are particular about using fresh oil everyday.
