A relatively recent stall (given that most of the popular Goan joints are on an average 15 years old), this popular shawarma stall was started by Haider Ali from Kerala. His specialty is that he has two shawarma grills, once with regular marinated chicken and one with a spicy marinade. The spicy one is obviously the more popular one. The chicken is sliced off the grill, mixed thoroughly with mayo, fresh salad and French fries and then rolled up in a thin flour parantha.
- Regular Shawarma costs Rs. 60 and Spicy Shawarma costs Rs. 70.
- The Shawarma counter is outside a restaurant which offers cool drinks and other Tandoori items.
