The technique is alluded to in the name of the dish itself - “Shawarma” is derived from a Turkish word, Doner,which means “turning”. Auyush claims that they use a secret recipe from Lebanon, which was procured from a person in Qatar, to season their chicken and Toum. Their most popular dish is the Malgoum Shawarma.
