Kake di Hatti located near Fatehpur Masjid in Chandni Chowk, Delhi is an old and legendary place for North-Indian snacks specially paranthas. The paranthas are usually longer than an average person's face. Paranthas are basically shallow-fried and are stuffed with a number of options, and is served with a thick pudina chutney and onions. They are soft, amply, and equitably stuffed so that one doesn’t encounter patches of just fried atta, and the spice mixture of the stuffing goes great with the chutney. Any of the cheese paranthas is highly recommended to try.
