Famous for their authentic Tibetan cuisine, Amdos Kitchen in Paldi, Ahmedabad, attracts Momo-lovers from far and wide along with their hot and sour Thukpas. Their red chutney is exceptionally delicious and spicy. Fried rice and noodles are recommended as they do not have spices and flavors overpowering the dish like typical Indo-Chinese fare. Their “Limbu paani” i.e. the Shikanji as a welcome drink is recommended. Amdo’s kitchen is open for six months a year, so do make sure that you are at the right time of the year.
