in Bangalore when they realized that there was a dearth of crafted ice cream parlours
in Bangalore. Art of Delight came to life in December 2014. Their ice creams are made in-house and in small batches, instead of being mass produced. This is what keeps the flavours fresh and intact. In fact, the preparation of ice cream and other items can be viewed by customers in the store itself as the kitchen is semi-open and some of the machines are placed at the counter. The Chocolate Hysteria, a sinful mix of brownies, cookie crumble, chocolate sauce and vanilla ice cream, is a popular sundae among chocolate lovers. Mudpie is a newly introduced sundae with Belgian chocolate and vanilla ice cream.
