Chetana Restaurant was established at a Mumbai Institution in Fort that was founded in 1946. It is known for serving various vegetarian thalis - Rajasthani thali, Gujarati thali and Maharashtrian thali, buffets and a-la-carte. Dal bati, ker sangri and Puran poli served in these thalis are highly loved by the locals. It has its two specialties that come highly recommended are the Sunday thali - an extended version of all the three thalis and Classic thali - a mix of Gujarati and Rajasthani thali.
