When Ganesh’s father started getting eye problems, it was up-to him to take care of his family’s income. And so, as soon as he passed his SSLC exam in 1996, Ganesh got right down to business and put all his father’s teachings to good use. He opened “Ganesh Chaats and Holige” and managed it with his mother, until he found like-minded individuals to help him out with the stall. He spent 18 years in making Ganesh Chaats what it is today - a stall that provides innovative, tasty Kannadiga chaat to its customers. Ganesh is very particular when it comes to cleanliness - he believes that it is very important to ensure that the food and surroundings are clean. And that is one of the reasons, apart from distinctive food, that Ganesh Chats is so popular.
