Started in 1935, this is a part of Gujarat Lodge, handled by one of the descendants of Babulal Zaveri who started the Lodge pre-independence in 1935. Gujarat Sweet Mart in Panjim offers a wide range of north-Indian sweets and savories such as Khasta Kachori (served with dahi chutney), Samosa, Dhokla, Aloo Bonda, Bread Pakoda, Sabudana vada and Bhajjis. Perfect for an evening outing, the Sweet Mart was started 30 years ago and the snacks counter 20 years ago in 1995.
