Prem's Graama Bhojanam was kickstarted by N.S. Krishnamoorthy, where sugar, white rice, and maida finds no place in his kitchen. The most interesting part is that he serves only rural dishes that are prepared from millets. He quotes - "During my work-trips to rural and coastal villages, I've learned about village food, ingredients and the way it is cooked." A conceptual restaurant that provides exclusive millet dishes and a novelty experience at an affordable price. Dishes are prepared with neem, drumstick leaves, plantain stems, and pumpkin. To name a few are Varagu Idli, Thinai Dosai, Ragi Roti and Kavuni Puttu.
