The Anand Stall in Vile Parle, Mumbai is an old and legendary outlet, established in 1982. It is famous for serving varieties of vada-pav, the most loved Mumbai street fare. The owner has created his own hybrid recipe as he adds maska (or butter) to the pav. The crunchy vada wrapped in the pav is well-balanced with Indian flavors, spiced with garlic and pudina chutney, and a hint of lime that leaves a delightful impact. Schezwan vada-pav served here comes highly recommended.
